  • Mr. Ajit Wadekar has donned many hats successfully. From India's cricket captain who led the team to significant cricketing achievements, he further served the cause of India's cricket by coach, mentor, chairman selection committee, to a career with State Bank of India where he retired as an Executive Director and now as the member of India's Planning Commission and Chairman of CS Infocomm, Ajit Wadekar has experienced an eventful career.
  • With CS Infocomm, Mr. Wadekar shepherds internal teams in the pursuit of excellence across customer and technology developments and he has been the guiding spirit behind many new initiatives that the firm has taken over the
    past decade.
  • Mr. Wadekar has been conferred with the Mother Teresa Lifetime Achievement Award for the year 2010, an award which has in the past been conferred to other noted Indian personalities such as President Gyani Zail Singh, Late PM Mr. Rajiv Gandhi and Late Mr. Jyoti Basu.

To his credit, Anil played the pioneer's role in the introduction of Interaction Voice Response (IVR) in India.

  • Rajesh Yadav is an archetypal technology wizard. From his perch as the Global Head of Technology, Rajesh keeps a bird's eye view on the emerging trends in voice & data technologies and simultaneously, has an insight into both the intrinsic as well as extrinsic aspects of intractable problems that customers pose to CS Infocomm. His experience on both the infrastructure side of technology as well application solutions allows him to have a 360o view of the technology landscape, devising innovative solution that leverage his gargantuan knowledge.
  • Rajesh manages a large service delivery and R & D team and has created a new crop of exceptional technology talent in-house. Owing to deep learning on Contact Center technology platforms, Rajesh has earned respects for his stellar insights from industry leading OEM's.
  • Rajesh personally has built empathetic connections with more than 200 customers that currently work with CS Infocomm. Rajesh embodies the focus on "Customer Delight" at CS Infocomm and his leadership has invigorated his team to tread on the same path with greater vigor.

  • Both as a practitioner as well as a strategist, Akhilesh Singh has played a pioneering role in the inception & evolution of Indian Contact Centre Industry.
  • Starting with the new-to-the-world concept in 1991, when Contact Centres were still a far away star on the firmament, Akhilesh helped establish Contact Centres as a micro-universe for delivering superlative Customer Excellence. As India evolved to emerge as a customer centric economy, Akhilesh championed the cause of Contact Centre with Business Leaders in sectors such as Banks, Insurance, FMCG, Media, Airlines, Paint, Tyre, Cosmetics, Telecom and Energy.
  • Akhilesh's edifying contributions were recognised by the Business Leaders when they started bestowing large mandates of the size of 3000 – 5000 seats to the service providers where Akhilesh held Senior Management positions. Recognising the transformative potential of Call Centres, Akhilesh has to his credit, experience of conceptualising, blue printing , executing large processes in these Industries for various top notch brands.
  • As a thought leader, Akhilesh is guiding companies, amongst others, in the domain of Banking, Insurance & FMCG to build analytics-driven organisations.
